Breederivier, Western Cape, South Africa

This Spanish house was one of the first houses at the Breederiver.  The story goes that is was built by a South African man for his Spanish lover whom he tried to persuade to come live here at the beautiful river.

Unfortunately after a few weeks she found it too quiet for her liking and went back to Spain again.  Heart-broken he sold the house and after many floods and refurbishments, it was changed and upgraded to what it is today.

That very same quietness with the peace and tranquility that she did not want, is what holiday makers today long for, and appreciate of the river.

The house has 4 garages, Sleeps 10 people.  3 bedrooms and a self-catering flat that sleeps 3 people.  It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with 3 fridge/freezers.

The entertainment area has a built in braai with a huge deck with  stunning views of the river only 70 meters away.

There are also servants quarters at the house.

If it is family time, with enough space for the kids to run around, that you long for, the Spanish house at the Breederiver, is the place for you.
